Aishwarya’s understanding of music as well as each artiste’s individual style and aesthetic make her work special, because she does not try and steer a force fit that conforms to current trends. Instead she enables an artiste to present work they believe in and wish to share.

Aishwarya carries herself with conviction about things she believes in, has a great skill set to help artists materialize their dreams, and is a fabulous woman!

One of the most difficult tasks in the music business is the ability to work with artistes. It's a challenge to be forthright with the creative fraternity, to be able to guide them and help them see opportunities that they may not. The ability to do that and do it successfully is the hallmark of a good music executive.

And Aishwarya is certainly among the best I have had the pleasure of working with. Honest to a fault and passionate about what she does, her objective is always music first. And she has that rare ability to feel the music the way the artiste does, which is what endears her immediately to them. We need more in the industry like her.

‘Aishwarya in 2010 was the winner of the Young Creative Entrepreneur award. She has since gone on to form her successful enterprising company, Indianuance, in music production and artist management including showcasing on international platforms.

Most recently I had the pleasure of seeing Aishwarya’s project Home with Sushma Soma performing at the Kabira Featival in Varanasi. The concert and Sushma’s performance was hugely moving focussed on risk to our planet. British Council worked with Aishwarya again for the G20 Culture Ministers meeting at a special reception for Lord Parkinson Under Secretary of State for Arts and Museums, Department for Culture Media and Sport.

Mumbai based Aishwarya is hugely professional and credible with very good creative judgement, she is internationally networked and a very capable music and arts producer that has been developed while working extensively in the UK and across India. She is a pleasure to work with and highly recommended.’

Aishwarya played an integral role in the release of my album, HOME in 2022. From advising me on artist contracts to licenses to syncing, Aishwarya educated me on all things that I ought to have known before as an artist for my previous releases.

We now work together to see HOME Sounds of Sustainability come to life - an initiative that seeks to create environmental awareness through music.
What I love about Aishwarya is her understanding of the artist and commitment to the vision of each project. I met Aish through Home - where she was also the album advisor. I was first taken in by how invested she was in the listening process.
